We had billy cole come out and look at our broken ac unit he was very professional and we found out our old unit somehow caught on fire. He gave us a fair quote to replace the unit and even went out of his way to let us use a floor unit to keep us cool until they could replace it. If I could give 6 stars I would but google only has 5 stars

We had a very positive experience with Prime Comfort! We had two brand-new air conditioning systems and gas furnaces installed in our home.
Ernie was our main point of contact, and he was knowledgeable, responsive, honest, and genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable with every decision. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and straightforward.
The installation team, Rene and David, did an excellent job with the installation and left everything clean and organized when they finished.
From our first conversation with Ernie through the installation with Rene and David, everyone was professional, trustworthy, and committed to doing the job right.

After an extremely frustrating experience with another HVAC company, Prime Comfort truly came to my rescue.
I had originally hired a different company to install a new HVAC system in my home, but they sent a technician who was completely inexperienced with zoning systems. For nearly a month, they made multiple unsuccessful attempts to figure out why the system wasn't operating correctly, leaving me with an expensive new system that simply didn't perform as it should while I melted daily in 90+ temperatures.
Finally, I decided to call Prime Comfort, and they sent Billy Cole to my rescue. From the moment Billy arrived, it was clear I was dealing with a true professional. He quickly diagnosed the problems, corrected the installation issues, and had my zoning system operating properly in no time.
Not only is my system finally working the way it was designed to, but the airflow and temperature throughout my home has never been better. This is the third HVAC system we've had installed in this house, and without question, this has been the best overall experience.
What impressed me most was Billy's professionalism, expertise, and genuine concern for repairing the system correctly. He immediately understood my frustrations and what I had been through with the previous company, walked me through everything that needed to be fixed, and made sure I was completely satisfied before and after the repairs. Experience from start to finish was excellent! Ernie was super-responsive during the quoting process and turned everything around lightening fast.
Everyone on the team was polite, quick, and efficient. They took care to ensure the inside of our house was left clean after replacing 2 of our HVAC units. The install team, Jesus, Rene and Nelson were great and their price was fantastic without any high pressure sales tactics.

I have trusted Prime Comfort with my HVAC since they replaced the system in 2017. No pressure sales and quality customer service has been my experience the entire tiime. Most recently, while taking advantage of the Summer Tune-up Special the Tech, Mike, informed me that the Freon could be recharged. He was able to complete the job in a timely manner, despite the hot day, and left my unit looking like new. Thank you Prime Comfort for keeping my house cool!

Almost a decade ago I made the switch to Prime Comfort — specifically because they were small, family-owned, and not the commercial guys running TV ads where you're paying for the marketing before the service even starts. They've replaced several systems across our rental properties as they aged out, and to this day they haven't slipped an inch from the standard they set when I first met them.
Billy Cole is a perfect example of why. He came out as part of their affordable routine maintenance program, flagged a few minor things preventatively, and was completely transparent the whole way through. What set him apart — and what you just won't get from most companies — is that when I showed some curiosity, he didn't rush me back inside. He invited me out to read the gauges with him, walked me through what was working well and what might need attention down the road, and gave me real options. One of them was simply, "Let's leave it and if it gives you trouble, we'll come take care of it." No scare tactics. No upselling pressure. Just honest, knowledgeable care.
That kind of integrity is almost rare these days. I trust Billy with all of my systems, and I trust Prime Comfort with all of my properties. If you're tired of being sold to and just want someone who treats you like a neighbor — call them.
