The Prime Comfort team did a very nice job installing a new HVAC system. The entire process went smoothly and they were not pressuring me into more than I wanted to buy, the install was done within hours, and the system has worked for 6 months without any issue at all (both heating and cooling). During the inspection, there was one thing that needed to be addressed, and the Prime Comfort rep took care of it very quickly. Would definitely recommend!

Honest and great customer service! Barbara and the staff always answer the phone and are very helpful. They send text messages with appointment times, the name of the Service Tech (ahead of time), and receipt. They're very organized and can instantly access previous service dates and what was done. They make helpful recommendations regarding air filters, temperature, etc. I would highly recommend.

We were originally referred to Prime Comfort by our plumber, and we’re so glad we followed the recommendation! We’ve used them multiple times—once for a full system replacement and other times for maintenance or troubleshooting—and every single experience has been exceptional.

The team is consistently professional, knowledgeable, and honest. They never try to oversell or create problems that aren’t there, which is incredibly refreshing. We also referred them to my mother, and she was extremely happy with her service as well.

On top of all that, we love knowing we’re supporting a superior small business that truly cares about doing right by their customers. Prime Comfort is our go-to HVAC company, and we recommend them without hesitation!
